Supporting women through yoga for menopause is a practice I’m passionate about. After completing advanced training in yoga for women’s health and menopause, I began running tailored yoga sessions designed to address the unique challenges women face during this stage of life. These sessions are designed to help women manage symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, and fatigue, offering tools for physical, emotional, and mental balance.
