I'm Lisa Copeland, a yoga teacher and reflexologist with over 20 years’ experience. My journey has been dedicated to helping others connect with their inner selves through the practices of yoga and the healing art of reflexology. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, explore holistic healing, or simply take a retreat from the everyday, I’m here to support you. My classes, 1 to 1 sessions and retreats are all designed to create a space where you can find balance, peace, and a deeper connection to your true self.

  • In my yoga classes I like to create a space where you can come to the body through the breath and connect to that deeper part of you that’s seeking peace and restoration.

    My teaching style is a blend of many influences from my early Hatha yoga days over 20 years ago, through to the transformative year I spent training with the Celtic School of Yoga in 2019. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, guiding you through poses and sequences that align with your body’s needs and energy. For me, yoga is not just about the physical postures; it’s a journey of self-discovery and healing, and I’m here to walk that path with you.

  • I discovered reflexology at a time in my life when I was working as a professional town planner and had, through many years of long hours and stressful jobs, ended up burnt out and exhausted. On the brink of chronic illness I found my balance and strength again through regular reflexology sessions.  It was then that I left my career and retrained as a Reflexologist. I have not looked back since!

    In reflexology sessions I assess individual needs and devise a treatment plan that will help clients come back to a place where their body’s systems can work better... where they can relax, sleep well, find their flow and regain natural balance. In reflexology this is called homeostasis and it’s a good place to be. My approach is both intuitive and targeted, aiming to address your unique needs and support your journey toward optimal health. Each session is a chance for you to relax deeply, to rejuvenate and experience the profound benefits of this holistic therapy.

  • Since training extensively with the Celtic School of Yoga in 2019 I have been drawn to teach yoga following the Celtic wheel and calendar of the year. Each of the old festivals marks a point in the year where the seasons, and our practice, change accordingly. In Autumn 2023, after several years where the seeds had been germinating, I began leading these bespoke days.  Each one is unique and special, designed to provide respite from the stress and strain of modern life.  But more importantly, to reconnect with the inner self and the wisdom of the ancestors, to find a balance and a rhythm that resonates with body, mind and soul. Join me and the many women who journey with me and experience the magic for yourself!
